On Monday, composer James Horner died on a plane crash near Santa Barbara in California.

Horner, a trained pilot, was flying the plane; no one else was on board.

He won two Oscars for his work in Titanic, Best Original Dramatic Score and Best Original Song for “My Heart Will Go On,” sung by Celine Dion.

James Horner was nominated for another eight Oscars for his work on films like Avatar, Apollo 13, A Beautiful Mind, Braveheart, and Field of Dreams.

He was 61.

Rest in peace, you will be missed.
